Gelonghui May 27 丨 Zhuanghuang Group Company (08501winzoncasino.HK) announced that based on the Group's year ended March 31, 2024winzoncasinoBased on a preliminary assessment of the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Company and information currently available to the Board, the Group expects to record a loss attributable to company owners of approximately HK$1.3 million during the period, while profit attributable to company owners for the year ended March 31, 2023 will record approximately HK$1.0 million.

The main reason why the Group's results are expected to turn from profit to loss is due to the combined impact of the following factors: (i) the Group's revenue from heavy equipment projects decreased during the year; and (ii) it did not receive any subsidies from the Employment Support Plan and Remote Business Plan established by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government during the year (2023: approximately HK$1.7 million).
