The Dow rose 147.40 points, or 0.39%, to 38387.06; the Nasdaq rose 55.18, or 0.35%, to 15983.08; and the S & P 500 rose 16.21, or 0.32%, to 5116.17. Large-scale technology stocks have been mixed. Tesla is up more than 15%, Boeing is up more than 3%, Apple and Qualcomm are up more than 2%, Chaowei Semiconductor is up more than 1%, Amazon, TSMC and Nvidia are up slightly, Netflix, Broadcom and Oracle are down slightly, Microsoft, Asmai and Intel are down more than 1%, and Google's Class A shares are down more than 2%. Most popular Chinese stocks rose, with the Nasdaq China Golden Dragon Index (HXC) closing up 0.54%. Ideal car rose by more than 7%, Baidu by more than 5%, Xiaopeng Motor by more than 3%, Weilai by more than 2%, bilibili, iqiyi, Huya, Alibaba, Tiger Securities and VIPSHOP by more than 1%, NetEase and Tencent Music rose slightly, Jin Shanyun fell slightly, New Oriental, JD.com, Futu Holdings and pinduoduo fell more than 1%, and Ctrip fell more than 2%.
